the location was marvellous, a short walk to borest. booked a room with amazing views across the village and valley. the staff was genuinely friendly, they showed us what first-class service is supposed to be like.

Luxurious amenities and excellent service made our stay at this hotel unforgettable. the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. the garden area was a peaceful retreat and our room was spacious with exclusive advantages. the restaurant's continental breakfast, in-room breakfast, and packed lunches were superb. the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and the staff were attentive to our needs.
Our minor issue was the unreliable internet connection, which required frequent login.

We loved the entire staff! They were incredibly hospitable and provided amazing service. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The location, nestled in a small valley dominated by the surrounding peaks of the Dolomites in the Alto Adige region, was perfect for both summer walking and hiking and winter skiing. We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to ski in/ski out directly from the hotel to the slopes on the other side of this city.
